Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst. In this role, you will play an integral part in optimizing resource allocation, supporting financial operations, and providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial analysis and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate staff assignments across projects and teams to maximize resource efficiency and encourage professional growth.

+ Manage project timelines and billing processes to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliverables.

+ Evaluate resource usage patterns and suggest strategic changes to boost overall productivity.

+ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

+ Track key performance indicators like utilization, capacity, and leverage to measure operational success.

+ Share data-driven insights with stakeholders and recommend strategies to align with business objectives.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to optimize internal workflows and improve the client experience.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies and special projects.

+ Provide operational oversight for financial systems to ensure data accuracy and process reliability.

Requirements

+ Expertise in utilizing accounting software and financial tools like ADP.

+ Skilled in using CRM systems and reporting software, including Crystal Reports.

+ Solid understanding of data mining methods and their implementation in financial evaluations.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, such as accrual accounting and auditing practices.

+ Experienced in budgeting techniques and managing capital effectively.

+ Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

+ Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for team collaboration and driving informed decisions.
