• Customer Service Returns Associate

    Description We are looking for a Customer Service Returns Associate to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the return authorization process and provide exceptional support to internal departments and customers.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the complete return authorization process using company-specific computer systems.

    • Investigate and resolve return authorization issues by collaborating with sales, accounting, and other internal departments.

    • Coordinate the movement of goods between customers, the company, and the parent organization, ensuring seamless communication with the logistics team.

    • Maintain accurate records and ensure all returns are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

    • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on return processes.

    • Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage return-related data and ensure accuracy.

    • Generate reports and analyze return trends to support process improvement initiatives.

    • Assist in prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, at an intermediate level.

    • Experience using ERP (e.g., D365) and CRM systems in a detail-oriented environment.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling return processes.

    • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or returns-related role.

    • Familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred but not required. TalentMatch®
