Senior Corporate Paralegal

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their internal legal team. This leadership position will involve managing a focused legal operations team tasked with critical corporate legal responsibilities while contributing significantly to optimizing processes and promoting consistency across global systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage a highly motivated legal operations team.

+ Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.

+ Support business needs related to proposal requirements, licensing, and legal compliance.

+ Review and optimize global legal systems to enhance efficiency and functionality.

+ Collaborate with the global legal team to achieve standardization across business areas.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 10+ years of experience in legal operations support roles with a strong emphasis on licensing, corporate maintenance, and proposal disclosures. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in legal operations, with a focus on licensing, corporate maintenance, and proposal disclosures.

• Strong expertise in licensing agreements and compliance processes.

• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.

• Familiarity with corporate governance and contract management.

• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

• Experience with transactional law and legal system optimization.

• Strong collaboration skills to work across global teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal processes.
