Description We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and managing social media strategies for B2B clients across various industries. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.

• Follow content calendars provided by the strategy team to ensure timely and effective posting.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visuals across all platforms.

• Stay informed about current social media trends and best practices relevant to B2B industries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

• Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar to streamline social media management. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a B2B or marketing agency environment.

• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.

• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as a self-starter.

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or other basic graphic design tools is a plus.

• Experience with LinkedIn publishing and advertising tools is an advantage. Innovation starts with people.®
