    Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper / Staff Accounting Associate

    About The Company:

    Robert Half has partnered with a management company based in Springfield, MA, that is growing and looking to add a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to their team. They offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll perform accounting and bookkeeping duties for multiple clients while contributing to special projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Client Accounting : Full-cycle accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger duties and assisting with reporting functions.

    + Assist with Internal accounting including: Manage reconciliations, invoicing, and helping with process improvements and Quickbooks functionality.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and general ledger accounting

    + QuickBooks (Online) preferred/helpful, and Excel.

    + Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

    + Strong communicator and team player with discretion for sensitive info.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • 3+ years in all facets of general ledger accounting- accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance

    • Proficiency in using Quickbooks is helpful
