Description We are providing an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Immokalee, Florida. This position is crucial to the functioning of our accounting department as it involves handling customer inquiries, processing customer applications, and maintaining meticulous customer records. The role also includes overseeing customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage account coding processes

• Utilize various accounting software systems to maintain accurate records

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to ADP - Financial Services

• Efficiently process customer credit applications through Concur

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management

• Perform general accounting functions related to Accounts Payable (AP)

• Apply accrual accounting principles to maintain financial records

• Conduct periodic auditing to ensure financial accuracy

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions as required. Requirements • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems for efficient data management

• Experience in Account Coding to ensure correct allocation of expenditures

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for effective payroll processing

• Familiarity with Concur for streamlined expense management

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated business processes

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions with accuracy and reliability

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures

• Proficiency in Accrual Accounting for accurate financial reporting

• Experience in Auditing for maintaining the integrity of financial records

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient electronic payments.
