    Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lodi, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy and maintaining efficient filing systems.     Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input data into designated systems using 10-key and other data entry methods.

    • Organize and maintain both physical and digital records to ensure easy accessibility.

    • Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage and retrieval.

    • Perform calculations and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    • File and categorize documents systematically for streamlined record-keeping.

    • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email or other communication channels.

    • Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve organizational workflows.

    • Ensure deadlines are met while adhering to high-quality standards for data accuracy.

    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Requirements

    • Proven proficiency in 10-key data entry with a high level of accuracy.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

    • Ability to handle scanning and document digitization efficiently.

    • Experience with managing and organizing physical and digital files.

    • Basic math skills to perform calculations and verify numerical data.

    • Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.

    • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
