Position Title: Director of Human Resources
Compensation: $130,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience

This is a pivotal HR leadership opportunity with a growing, multi-entity organization operating in asset-intensive and project-driven sectors. This position offers the unique chance to lead a values-driven transformation, build upon a solid HR foundation, and drive forward enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple operating units.
The organization has undergone a significant evolution in the past year, establishing new infrastructure and systems including a fully integrated HRIS and ATS platform. It is now poised for a dynamic HR Director to shape and scale its people strategy.
What You’ll Do
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the HR function across three affiliated companies, each with unique operational and cultural needs. This role is highly collaborative, interfacing directly with ownership and enterprise leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
+ HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop, execute, and continuously evolve enterprise-level HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
+ Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a distributed HR team; foster their growth and operational excellence.
+ Organizational Development: Continue to refine leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programs.
+ Change Management: Guide cultural and organizational transformation, integrating acquired entities while maintaining trust and transparency.
+ HR Systems & Technology: Leverage and optimize HRIS and ATS systems to support automation, scalability, and strategic reporting.
+ Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and refine total rewards strategy to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
+ Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws and support a fair, respectful workplace.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic partner to executives, managers, and field leaders, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR leadership, including experience with multi-site or multi-entity organizations
+ Demonstrated success leading teams and managing change initiatives
+ Strong command of modern HR systems and practices, including HRIS and ATS platforms
+ Experience working with field-based and office-based employee populations
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
+ Experience in operationally complex or workforce-intensive industries
+ Familiarity with founder-led or privately held business environments
+ Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or other strategic planning frameworks
