Job Title: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
+ Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly financial statements and management reports
+ Conduct account analysis and reconciliation as part of the month-end close process
+ Supervise and develop accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
+ Collaborate with management to streamline financial processes and improve cost controls.
+ Ensure the completion and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
+ Review and verify financial records, identifying and rectifying discrepancies and errors
+ Take ownership of the profit and loss statement, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
+ Suggest strategies to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
+ 5+ years of experience in progressing accounting roles
+ Supervisory/management experience is required
+ Must have experience in Financial Statement Preparation and month-end procedures
+ Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
