About the Role:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for locating, attracting, and onboarding top talent to fill critical roles within the organization. In addition to managing the full-cycle recruitment process, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teammates to creatively source candidates, streamline hiring initiatives, and uphold best practices in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across various departments, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes.
+ Conduct interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contribution to team goals.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and define candidate profiles.
+ Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms, to identify high-quality talent.
+ Build and nurture talent pipelines for frequently-recruited roles and hard-to-fill positions.
+ Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer acceptance.
+ Conduct reference checks and partner with HR team members to facilitate onboarding.
+ Stay current on recruitment trends and labor market statistics to optimize hiring strategies.
+ Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize candidate records and reports on hiring outcomes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in HR or staffing.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
+ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and employee referrals.
+ Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
+ Certification such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
+ Experience recruiting for specific industries, such as education, healthcare, or financial services (Source: xHR SG25-TREND 6).
+ Familiarity with HR analytics and tools for tracking recruitment metrics.
+ Experience in identifying contract talent and supporting hybrid or contingent workforce initiatives (Source: HR SG25-CTA BLOCK).
+ Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as ADP or Workday (Source: xHR SG25-TREND 5).
