Description We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone eager to build their accounting expertise in the manufacturing industry while working on essential financial tasks and analysis. Responsibilities:

• Perform account coding and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track financial data effectively.

• Analyze and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.

• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions and ensure timely payments.

• Prepare and review accounting entries to support financial reporting.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting functions.

• Work with ERP solutions, including Dynamics NAV, to manage financial workflows.

• Generate reports and documents using tools like Adobe Acrobat.

• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Support the implementation and optimization of accounting systems. Requirements • Basic knowledge of account coding and financial documentation.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management.

• Experience or exposure to ERP solutions such as Dynamics NAV.

• Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and analysis.

• Understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.

• Ability to prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate records.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
