Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Care Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Mahwah, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while addressing a variety of inquiries and ensuring seamless service at every interaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the retail industry, where your communication and organizational skills will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

• Proactively identify and address potential challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Handle a variety of customer needs, including product questions, returns, delivery details, registration processes, and payment assistance.

• Meet and exceed sales, quality, and productivity targets to help the department achieve its overall objectives.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously enhance service quality and knowledge.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for smooth follow-up and reporting.

• Provide support through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses.

• Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and additional shifts during peak periods. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

• Proficient in keyboard usage and data entry with attention to detail.

• Confident and proactive attitude with the ability to handle diverse inquiries.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and additional hours during busy periods.

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email correspondence systems.
