Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. In this role, you will leverage your fluency in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and orders are handled with accuracy and professionalism. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders using SAP or other ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and accounts, to address discrepancies and ensure smooth order workflows.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and issue resolutions.

• Utilize your bilingual (English and Spanish) skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

• Stay informed about the company’s products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

• Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues, such as delivery delays or billing errors.

• Support team goals by contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Assist customers with product-related inquiries, offering guidance based on your understanding of food science or related fields. Requirements • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related role.

• Proficiency in using SAP or other major ERP systems to manage orders and customer data.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and effective communication requiring attention to detail.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
