Job Posting: Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers 25 to 30 hours per week and requires working fully on-site (with time we may be able to go up to 40 ). We’re flexible with the schedule to accommodate a work-life balance. This is a multi-faceted role that supports various operational, technical, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Public Bid Coordination: Review and send public bid opportunities, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
+ Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting phone and computer email issues.
+ Benefits Administration: Manage workflows related to medical and dental plan benefit renewals, and track employee eligibility for benefits.
+ HR Support: Help maintain compliance and updates for employee benefits and HR records.
+ Safety Program Coordination: Update safety programs, coordinate with crew members, and manage safety awards.
+ Driver & Fleet Management: Track driver logs, oversee fleet programs, and assist with license renewals.
+ Bookkeeping Support: Provide assistance with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
+ Organizational Tasks: Manage various other administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Experience in administrative tasks such as benefits administration, HR workflows, or bookkeeping (preferred).
+ Proficient in computer and technical troubleshooting for basic phone and email issues.
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Schedule:
+ Part-time (25-30 hours per week).
+ Fully on-site role, with flexibility in scheduling.
