Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a central role in providing exceptional service to clients in the real estate and property industry. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Manage scheduling requests and coordinate appointment bookings with efficiency.

• Process and input orders accurately into the system, ensuring data integrity.

• Handle email correspondence with clients, maintaining clear and effective communication.

• Perform data entry tasks to support customer service operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to update and manage relevant documentation.

• Engage in outbound calls when necessary to follow up with customers or confirm details.

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous support to clients, ensuring satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for reporting purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

• Strong skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Familiarity with scheduling systems and appointment coordination.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
