    Position Summary:

    Provideshigh-qualitypre-hospital advanced life support as a paramedicrepresentingCONEMAUGH whileassistingEMS providers in the field via ground.  Assumes responsibility and accountability for the treatment outcome of patients of all ages including the neonate, pediatric,adult,and geriatric populations as defined by the paramedic scope of practice throughtheDepartment of Health Guidelines.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required:  Highschool graduate or equivalent. Completion of a PAstate-approvedparamedic course withacertificate.Current active field experience of at least two years as an ALS Provider with active medicalcommandstatus.Current Pennsylvania EMT-P certification with active EMSVO endorsement. Current Pennsylvania driver’s license with excellent driving record and no restrictions. ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS/ITLS (or equivalent). NIMS certification (100, 200, 700, 800),

    Preferred:Neonatal resuscitation certification, PEPP, National Registry
