We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Data Visualization Analyst to enhance, streamline, and expand our existing Power BI Dashboard and related analytics infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, improving usability, and delivering actionable insights to support executive-level decision-making. The role is temporary, project-based for 60 days.

Project Tasks:

+ **Dashboard Optimization & Maintenance**

+ Audit and clean the existing data feed sourced from Oracle to ensure integrity and consistency.

+ Enhance and reformat existing dashboards to improve user experience and interface usability.

+ Build new dashboards and a high-level summary dashboard to support business goals.

+ Implement robust data governance processes (load checks and error flagging)

+ **Data Integration & Mapping**

+ Add new data source (Demand Plan)

+ Locate, improve, and maintain mapping files such as product and customer mappings.

+ Streamline and align hierarchy mappings between multiple sources of data

+ **Collaboration & Handover**

+ Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define dashboard requirements and deliver enhancements.

+ Transition ownership of dashboard maintenance to internal team members, including documentation and training.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

+ Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data lakes and enterprise databases (especially Oracle).

+ Familiarity with data governance principles and error handling best practices.

This position is remote.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $60.00 to $70.00/Hour. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
