The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, they perform all patient-related clerical duties necessary to assist the healthcare team to provide patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and the clinical team. This includes, but is not limited to maintaining a physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross-cover telephone assistant, pre-auth, billing clerk, and check out.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

+ Must have prior healthcare experience

+ Successful completion of all orientation programs

Preferred:

+ Healthcare Experience

+ College Degree

+ EPIC Experience

+ Scheduling Experience

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Shift Working: 9:00am-5:00pm

+ Day Shift

+ Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
