Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Basic Life Support (CPR)

+ Basic Telecommunicator

+ IAED EMD

+ HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness

+ ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Preferred:

+ Associates degree

+ ACPE-SPO

Certifications and Licenses Required:

+ Basic Life Support (CPR)

+ New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry EMT Basic

+ Basic Telecommunicator

+ IAED EMD

+ HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness

+ ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Full-Time, Nights

+ 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

+ Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health

+ Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources
