Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team! In this role, you'll ensure smooth operations in our delivery routes while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be a key part of making sure we deliver on our promise of outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
+ **Oversee delivery routes operations** , tracking packages, providing ETA and assist drivers.
+ **Assist customers and business partners** via telephone and email, addressing inquiries and providing support.
+ **Handle customer complaints** in a calm and professional manner, diagnosing and resolving problems or issues effectively.
+ **Monitor the progress of delivery routes** , keeping track of logistics.
+ **Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps** , ensuring accuracy in documentation.
+ **Process changes or cancellations** to delivery orders efficiently.
Shift & Compensation
+ **Schedule:** Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 Pm
+ **Pay Rate:** $18.50 per hour
What You'll Need to Excel
Minimum Qualifications:
+ **Experience with Microsoft Office programs** such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It'd Be Great If You Also Have:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **1 year of related experience** , preferably within a call center environment.
+ **Strong customer service skills** and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ **Solid ability to multitask** with exceptional organizational skills.
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
