Repack/Export Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for all repack activities and export processes. This Supply Chain team member will be responsible for working directly with the Export Manager and third parties to coordinate the processing and transport of customer orders to the Caribbean islands. This position will also be responsible for monitoring bulk availability and overseeing the repack practices.
+ Plan repack activities based of club orders and forecast.
+ Responsible for bulk availability, properly documenting all repack activities in SAP, and sending proper documentation and schedule to Logistics Operator.
+ Communicate repack constraints to sales team.
+ Prepare SCI reports related to responsible area (weekly repack production, packaging inventory, purchase of materials, repack production report)
+ Coordinate export process including creating all the necessary documents (Order Form, Packing List, Caricom, BL, Proforma Invoice, Certificate of Origin)
+ Coordinate with all related stakeholders as a part of the export operations (Export Manager, third party transportation companies)
+ Bring ideas and give insights for process optimization and cost savings.
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
+ Fluency both in English and Spanish
+ Good planning, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
+ Strong decision making and problem-solving ability
**Pay Details:** $12.00 per hour
