We are seeking an experienced **HR/HRIS Project Manager** to lead the implementation of the **Workday Learning Management System (LMS)** across multiple departments. This contract role requires a results-driven professional with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise. Compensation: $75 to $85 an hour DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle within scope, budget, and timeline
+ Manage stakeholder engagement across departments with varying and potentially competing needs
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to define and finalize business specifications
+ Drive consensus through effective communication, negotiation, and influence
+ Develop and implement change management and communication strategies
+ Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
+ Deliver required documentation, including proposals, progress updates, and reports
+ Lead a diverse team including internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Legal, Manufacturing, Service), a Workday Architect, and the Head of HR Operations
Qualifications:
+ 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
+ Proven track record in HR and enterprise system implementation projects
+ Workday project experience strongly preferred
+ PMP certification required
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

**Pay Details:** $75.00 to $85.00 per hour
