Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a CRM Project Manager opportunity in Cupertino, CA. Responsibilities for a CRM Project Manager include but are not limited to:
+ Transition existing acquisition team workflows into a new CRM tool
+ Develop and document best practices for using the CRM tool within content acquisition
+ Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the team
+ Optimize CRM databases for improved data organization and reporting
+ Ensure the Greats Process (sourcing back catalog games) is fully integrated into relevant CRM tools
+ Collaborate with developers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow
+ Create intake forms for developers to streamline data collection
+ Monitor adoption progress, gather user feedback, and refine the system as needed
Candidates for CRM Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Bachelor’s degree is required
+ 3–5 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in media, entertainment, or technical companies is preferred
+ Strong understanding of CRM tools and data flow
+ Ability to collaborate across multiple departments

**Pay Details:** $42.86 per hour
