Job Posting: Packaging Technician – Level 1
**Location:** Marietta, PA
**Duration:** 6 Months
**Pay Rate:** $ 22.00/hour
Shifts Available:
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (1 position)
+ **3rd Shift:** Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Every other Saturday required – 4 positions)

In this role, you’ll be trained to operate automated equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled, FDA-compliant manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
+ Report safety hazards and incidents immediately
+ Accurately complete batch record documentation
+ Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
+ Load materials into packaging equipment at designated intervals
+ Inspect and reintroduce materials when needed
+ Assist with cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly during changeovers
+ Manage material flow and address equipment issues/alarms
+ Replenish supplies between packaging and warehouse using Powered Industrial Trucks (if certified)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
+ Strong team player with effective communication skills
+ Basic computer operation skills
+ Able to lift 5–25 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 25 lbs
+ Good time management and organizational skills
Additional Details:
+ **Dress Code:** Light industrial attire (casual but appropriate). Safety shoes may be required (details provided upon assignment).
+ **Education Requirement:** High school diploma or GED
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
