**Adecco is hiring immediately for a Lead Customer Service Representative to oversee a team of Customer Service Specialists and ensure top-tier support to our online customers.** In this onsite role, you'll supervise daily operations, coach and develop your team, and act as the point of escalation for complex customer concerns. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering excellent service experiences.
**Pay Rate:** $19.00 /Hr
**Location:** Onsite
**Shift:** Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
_(Subject to open Mondays during peak season)_
**Type:** Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Potential
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise the day-to-day operations of a customer service team to meet key performance goals
+ Coach and develop team members to maintain high service standards
+ Maintain daily and weekly performance statistics and prepare team reports
+ Analyze department results and troubleshoot operational issues
+ Provide guidance to team on resolving escalated customer issues
+ Serve as point of escalation for complex transactions requiring advanced discernment
+ Ensure follow-up and satisfaction in customer interactions
Minimum Requirements:
+ 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, including complex transactions
+ At least 1 year of experience in a team lead/supervisory capacity
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a call center environment
+ Bilingual in English/Spanish
+ Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills
+ Ability to multitask with strong organizational abilities
+ Comfortable working under pressure while delivering consistent service

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
