Olsten Staffing is assisting a local medical office to find Medical Office Assistants to join the team. This position will involve direct contact with patients and require a high level of professionalism at all times. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include but are not limited to:

+ Greeting patients visiting and assisting with questions or required forms

+ Answering calls and scheduling appointments

+ Maintain patient documents and data entry of information into systems

+ Using apps to capture patient information

+ Calling patients and facilities

+ Answering emails

+ Assisting with insurance and billing questions

Qualifications for this position include:

+ Previous medical office experience is a plus!

+ Prior experience working in a physician practice is preferred

+ Record acquisition

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Excellent computer and data entry skills

+ Able to follow directions

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Clear and understandable written and verbal communication

+ Reliable attendance and transportation are a must!

This position will be Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and start at $20.00/hr.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
