    ScaleReady provides the field of cell and gene-modified cell therapy (CGT) with a G-Rex® centric manufacturing platform that enables the world’s most practical, flexible, scalable, and affordable CGT drug product development and manufacturing. The G-Rex manufacturing platform is currently used by a rapidly growing list of over 800 organizations and is producing drug products for approximately 50% of CGT clinical trials as well as six (6) commercially approved CGT drugs.

     

    CGT entities relying on the breadth and scope of ScaleReady’s expertise can expect to save years of time and millions of dollars on the path to CGT commercialization.

    Job Summary:

    ScaleReady is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing & Events Specialist to lead the execution of our event strategy and support broader marketing initiatives. You’ll manage logistics and execution for conferences, tradeshows, and partner events — coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure every event reflects ScaleReady’s brand and delivers measurable impact. Beyond events, you’ll support campaigns around product launches, digital content, and promotional initiatives, working cross-functionally to create marketing materials and evaluate performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own end-to-end execution of ScaleReady’s event strategy, including conferences, tradeshows, and partner meetings. Responsibilities span vendor and logistics coordination, speaker and team scheduling, content creation and support, and onsite problem-solving.

    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (scientists, speakers, leadership, partners) to ensure events reflect ScaleReady’s brand, messaging, and strategic goals.

    • Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives including product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional efforts in coordination with cross-functional teams.

    • Create and manage content for digital and print platforms, including social media, email, websites, and blogs.

    • Manage and grow ScaleReady's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

    • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention.

    • Track and analyze the marketing performance using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other platforms to identify insights and refine strategy.

    Skills & Experience to Hit the Ground Running:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

    • Proficiency with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and content marketing.

    • Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud), HubSpot, Google Analytics, and design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.

    • Excellent communication and writing skills.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

    Work Location & Travel:

    • This position is based on-site at our New Brighton, MN office. We seek a candidate who values in-person collaboration and the opportunity to work closely with teammates to learn, share ideas, and execute.

    • While we offer flexibility for occasional remote work (e.g., illness, weather, or personal needs), the role is office-based when not traveling.

    • Up to 20% travel, primarily within the U.S., with occasional international travel possible.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
