Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical warranty analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing warranty data, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Review, close and invoice Caterpillar warranty claims.
+ Review, interpret, and summarize warranty contracts, terms, and service agreements.
+ Assist with warranty processes regarding EPG (third-party company)
+ Enroll coverages
+ Close and invoice work orders
+ Release dealer invoices
+ Create and participate in continuous improvement projects to meet goals and streamline processes.
+ Communicate warranty information to both internal and external customers.
+ Participate in warranty trainings
+ Present trainings
+ Answer warranty questions
+ Update trainings when needed as per Caterpillar updates
+ Travel to branch store locations
+ Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
+ In-office Monday- Friday position.
+ Other duties that may be assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
+ Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
+ Ability to perform all work duties safely.
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent reading and writing skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in warranty analysis or a related role.
+ Systems knowledge
+ DBS, SIS, Servicelink, SIMSi, etc
+ Basic knowledge of Caterpillar equipment
+ Characteristics
+ Contribute positively to the company and department morale and culture.
+ Positive work attitude
+ Self-Starter
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
