    An opportunity in the Memphis area is available for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist with a background in industrial products. This role involves directly supporting external customers with quotes, orders, and application support.

    Responsibilities

    + Process customer quotes and orders and provide technical support for distributor products.

    + Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal employees regarding pricing, order status, tracking information, order revisions, and technical support.

    + Accurately process purchase orders to various vendors to satisfy customer order requirements.

    + Work comfortably with various computer, email, and phone applications, such as Microsoft Teams, and be willing to learn sales applications.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience in inside sales or technical support in an industrial distribution or industrial manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency with MS Office tools.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work with and demonstrate proficiency with numbers, such as prices, part numbers, and account numbers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A technical bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of equivalent relevant education and experience.

    + Experience with Infor Distribution SXe and Tour de Force CRM is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
