• Recruiting Coordinator

    Aston Carter (Nashville, TN)


    One of the largest tech based companies in Nashville, TN is hiring multiple Recruiting Coordinators to join the team! Responsibilities

     

    + Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.

    + Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.

    + Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.

    + Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.

    + Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.

    + Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

    + Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

    Required Skills

    + At least one year of administrative/customer service experience

    + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Bachelor's degree.

    + Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills for scheduling

    This position is based onsite, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will be involved in a variety of recruiting activities

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
