Job Title: Finance ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Infrastructure Finance team. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership and support to the Supply Chain Sourcing organization, ensuring financial goals and objectives are met while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly accruals for supply chain-related expenses.
+ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance financial controls.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sourcing teams, engineering teams, and other finance teams.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
+ Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Excel, Access, and financial software.
+ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ CPA, CMA, or CFA certification.
+ Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
+ Expertise in inventory analysis and cost analysis.
+ Experience with SQL.
+ Skills in executive presentations and slides creation.
+ Process design and process improvement capabilities.

This position offers a 100% remote work environment, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
