    Job Title: Entry Level Branch Billing Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working closely with the sales and contract administration teams to manage customer set-ups, changes, and cancellations effectively. The Branch Billing Coordinator will oversee billing operations across multiple branches, ensuring the accurate processing of billing documentation and customer updates.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with sales and contract administrators to prepare customer set-ups, changes, and cancellations.

    + Enforce the correct use of paperwork to process all billing and customer changes.

    + Manage billing for 5-7 branches efficiently.

    + Utilize Oracle billing software for all billing operations.

    + Enter all manual billing items at month-end accurately.

    + Prepare manual invoices as necessary for customers.

    + Work with branch teammates, collection department, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in accounts receivable, customer service, data entry, and billing customer service.

    + Experience in invoicing, accounting, and resolving invoice issues.

    + Familiarity with Oracle and SAP billing software.

    + Competency in Excel, including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Recent bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR 1+ years of billing experience.

    + Proficiency with any ERP system for candidates with more than 1 year of experience.

    + Ability to adapt to changes and varying day-to-day tasks.

    Work Environment

    This position is fully on-site with training hours from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. After training, there is flexibility to adjust working hours to either 7am - 4pm or 9am - 6pm. The role offers a 6-month contract to hire with the potential for long-term employment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
