    We currently have career opportunities for a REGION TRAINER in Vancouver/Portland area.

     

    This is a great opportunity to forward the mission of the company and build on the skill-set of our current team members so we can effectively fulfill our customer’s security mission.

    Training courses to include:

    + Defensive Tactics/Use of Restraints

    + OC

    + AVADE

    + Report Writing/SOCS

    + Firearms/Taser

     

    On-going Expectations

     

    + Motivate and train new officers as well as current officers

    + Develop new curriculum / update current courses

    + Ensure all trainings needs are being met to company and Department of Licensing standards

    + Ensure all training of officers are up to date

    + Ensure the officers meet our uniform standards

    + Work closely with the Corporate Training Manager and assist with any additional duties

    Minimum Requirements

    + Have life experiences to be an excellent trainer

    + Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality

    + Must be able to work within a team environment

    + Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others

    + Must be able to work all hours and days

    + Travel is required occasionally

    + Must have reliable transportation

    + Must have excellent oral and communication skills

    + Physically fit and meet the physical requirements of the job

    + Attention to detail and follow-up

    + Ability to meet deadline

    + Supervisory skills a plus

    + Must be able to obtain an Washington and Oregon State Armed Security Instructor License (no felonies or gross misdemeanors)

     

    Starting Wage $28+hr/DOE

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma GED AA Degree

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Valid State Drivers License
