Job Title: Licensed Site Remediation Professional
Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with a minimum of 7 years of experience to assist in contaminated site assessment and remediation projects for our Blue Bell office. The successful candidate will manage environmental projects, including financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and construction stages, while contributing to the growth of our LSRP practice through business relationships and staff development.
Responsibilities
+ Manage an LSRP practice area, including staff, clients, and revenue.
+ Support new and ongoing remediation projects as a LSRP.
+ Maintain professional contacts with other LSRPs, the NJDEP, and the regulated community through participation in professional societies or meetings.
+ Engage in business development, including acquiring new clients and securing repeat business from existing clients, leading proposal preparation, and developing and implementing a business development plan.
+ Plan and implement investigation and remediation projects, manage budgeting and budget adherence, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
+ Manage and mentor junior staff and oversee subcontractors.
+ Prepare work plans, technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
+ Review and manage written document production.
+ Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other parties.
+ Conduct short-term fieldwork including site reconnaissance, meetings with clients, subcontractors, staff, or regulators, and other site visits in an observational or leadership role.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or related field.
+ New Jersey LSRP in good standing.
+ Minimum 7 years of experience with an environmental consulting firm.
+ Client management experience.
+ Current OSHA 40 certification.
+ Valid license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Professional registration such as the person or P.E. is preferred.
+ Experience with LSRP and project management.
+ Skills in remediation, site assessments, DEP, environmental remediation, environmental compliance, and environmental science.
Work Environment
The role is predominantly field-based and located in the Blue Bell office, with some flexibility to work from home or on the road. Employees are encouraged to develop their interests and skills, with advancement based on individual performance and initiative.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Blue Bell,PA.
