    Entry Level Welders Hiring

    Responsibilities

    + Operate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts.

    + Set up and adjust welders; replace wire spools and tips as needed.

    + Read blueprints and perform visual/measurement inspections to ensure quality.

    + Use grinders to remove burrs and excess weld material.

    + Track production output and report part numbers and quantities.

    + Communicate material shortages and equipment issues to supervisors.

    Skills and Qualifications

    + Experience with flux core welding.

    + Ability to work in a production welding format.

    + MIG welding experience (required)

    + Welding certification (preferred)

    + Ability to read blueprints and follow fabrication specs

    + Experience with flux core welding is a plus

    + Comfortable working in a production welding environment

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
