What You’ll Do

+ Perform precision TIG welding(50%) and mechanical assembly (50%) of stainless steel food-grade equipment

+ Weld and assemble acid-resistant stainless steel piping

+ Execute manual and mechanical TIG welding, including pulsed TIG

+ Work in confined spaces (e.g., inside tanks or containers)

+ Conduct quality checks and complete labor documentation

+ Participate in continuous improvement and WCM/5Sinitiatives

What We’re Looking For

+ Proven TIG welding experience or relevant technical degree

+ Strong skills in stainless steel welding and assembly

+ Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

+ Comfortable working in tight or enclosed spaces

+ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

+ Experience with Push Button TIG Welders

+ Ability to weld in6G position on 2.5" schedule 40 pipe

+ Skilled in root, fill, and cover passes with full penetration

+ Experience with fillet welds on T-plates and small-diameter tubing (¼"–⅜")

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
