    Job Title: Production Worker - Bottling Line 1st Shift

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Worker for our bottling line on the first shift. You will be responsible for accurately reading, interpreting, and executing job instructions, loading materials, and operating production line operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Your role will also include monitoring production processes, identifying and documenting defective materials, and ensuring the proper labeling and packaging of finished products for storage or shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately read, interpret, and execute job instructions.

    + Load materials and operate production line equipment.

    + Monitor production line operations to ensure smooth product flow.

    + Identify and report defective materials/products.

    + Label, package, and/or palletize finished products for storage or shipment.

    + Document work completion via paperwork and computer entry.

    + Monitor materials levels and resupply the production line as needed.

    + Initiate restock notifications in a timely manner to avoid work stoppages.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Perform additional duties and work extended hours as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, manufacturing, and machine operation.

    + Proficient in general production and packaging processes.

    + Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in general production and manufacturing or machine operation.

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working in a production environment with approximately 50 team members. Our organization is recognized worldwide as a leader in manufacturing chemicals and test kits for water quality monitoring. We offer a variety of testing kits, including wet and dry chemistry methods, along with microprocessor-based instruments. The current shift is Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with a planned shift change to 7am-3:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm in the future. This role is on the first shift.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
