Job Title: Commercial Carpenter

Monday - Friday, pay: $23/hr. - $31/hr.

We are seeking a skilled Technician to work on projects located around the Cleveland and Akron areas. These projects typically involve commercial buildings such as apartments and stores. The role involves tasks such as rough framing, measuring, cutting, and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities

+ Perform rough framing, primarily using metal stud framing and occasionally wood framing.

+ Accurately measure and cut materials for construction projects.

+ Complete finish carpentry tasks as required.

+ Work on commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in construction, carpentry, and framing.

+ Experience in rough carpentry, particularly in metal stud framing.

+ Commercial construction experience is essential.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with finish carpentry is a plus.

+ Familiarity with both metal and wood stud framing.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of commercial project sites around the Cleveland and Akron areas. You will be part of a team working on various commercial buildings, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
