    Job Title: Project/Program Manager IVJob Description

     

    Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role oversees all aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. The position involves preparing comprehensive reports for upper management, summarizing the status of projects and programs. This role may require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field is essential. The role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, leading and directing the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and complete assigned projects and programs.

    + Oversee all project aspects, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.

    + Monitor and summarize project progress.

    + Prepare reports for upper management on project status.

    + Lead and direct the work of others.

    + Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.

    Essential Skills

    + Project management expertise.

    + Experience in project coordination and material handling.

    + Vendor management skills.

    + Experience with engineering equipment installation and commissioning.

    + Proficiency in operations engineering and automation.

    + Technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Project, and Outlook.

    + Highly proficient CAD skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 4+ years of experience in project engineering, process engineering, project management, or manufacturing engineering.

    + Experience managing automation project budgets ranging from .5 million to 50 million.

    + Demonstrated design and implementation of integrated automation solutions.

    + Ability to develop integrated automation layouts independently.

    + Throughput qualification (TQ) experience preferred.

    Work Environment

    This role requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time to installation sites across North America, with occasional travel up to 100% of the time within the United States. Typically, travel involves departing on Monday morning and returning Friday afternoon, with rare instances of weekend stays. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work within Global Engineering Services, travel to multiple states, and build a substantial internal network while working with various internal vendors. The team is supportive and often recommends consultants for other teams and opportunities. This annual project offers the potential for rejoining in subsequent years if not converted to a permanent position.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
