    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Job Description

    Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to support retail renovation projects. The role involves managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage 4-8 construction projects concurrently.

    + Ensure projects are high quality and adhere to schedules and budgets.

    + Coordinate between clients/owners and the internal team.

    + Oversee project budgets and scheduling.

    + Select and manage subcontractors effectively.

    + Work closely with the superintendent to manage day-to-day project activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong project management and construction management skills.

    + Proficiency in project coordination and design.

    + Experience in commercial construction and renovations.

    + Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors.

    + Proficiency in using software tools like PlanSwift.

    + Experience in scheduling, project planning, and managing quick turnaround projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.

    + Experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors.

    + Experience in handling change orders and RFIs.

    + Knowledge of construction documents and project engineering.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working both in the office and on-site as required. After 90 days, a flexible hybrid schedule is available, allowing remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. The company offers a small family-like atmosphere with a renovated office space and convenient parking.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.29 - $62.50/hr.
