Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Description
A fast-growing company is seeking a full-stack software engineer with strong expertise in C++ and Python to develop scalable, memory-efficient applications that support data ingestion and quality control in 3D printing systems.
Responsibilities
+ Refactor and optimize existing codebases for scalability and performance.
+ Develop reusable, well-documented, and test-covered code.
+ Implement new features and integrate with third-party tools.
+ Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and best practice discussions.
+ Stay current with industry trends and contribute to full-stack application delivery.
Essential Skills
+ Strong fundamentals in Python, C++, and Java.
+ Entry-level to 2 years of experience with a BS degree in Software/Computer Science.
+ Passion for high-performance computing, algorithms, and hardware.
+ Skilled in debugging, optimization, and memory-efficient development.
+ Understanding of clean code and clean architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master's degree in Software/Computer Science.
+ Problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with Embedded C, C/C++, software development, C programming, test development, Java, data science, cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, machine learning, GPU, JavaScript, robotics, microcontroller, and DevOps.
Work Environment
The position requires daily onsite presence and involves being part of a small software team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced, focused on innovative 3D printing products, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with tenured engineers and managers with NASA experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
