    Job Title: Warehouse Lead

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Warehouse Lead responsible for receiving and shipping servers to a data center. The role requires computer skills for inventory management using Excel and involves picking and packing orders of servers.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.

    + Place server racks on the datacenter floor utilizing laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.

    + Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics.

    + Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.

    + Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine material condition.

    + Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.

    + Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems.

    + Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.

    + Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5s standards.

    + Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

    + Delegate tasks and communicate effectively to execute responsibilities.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory management.

    + Experience with forklift operation.

    + Ability to pick and pull orders efficiently.

    + General labor skills.

    + Material handling expertise.

    + Computer literacy, especially in Excel and Word.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with warehouse inventory management.

    + Capability to operate pallet jacks.

    + Reliable transportation.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a clean and organized warehouse environment, operating Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with overtime necessary based on workload.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
