Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team responsible for creating garage door parts. The position offers two shifts: the first shift from 4:30 am to 3:00 pm (four 10-hour days) and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am (Monday to Thursday), providing a four-day workweek and a three-day weekend.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a variety of CNC machines to produce garage door parts.

+ Perform basic setups, offsets, and changeovers on lathes or mills.

+ Rotate machinery and ensure efficient production flow.

+ Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically mills or lathes.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

+ Ability to perform basic setups, changeovers, and offsets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ BG in machining.

+ Experience with CNC programming, though not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
