    Job Title: Nonsterile Compounding PharmacistJob Description

     

    Join a thriving team as a Nonsterile Compounding Pharmacist, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and organizing manufacturing processes. Your expertise will ensure the timely execution of production plans and maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate planning and organizing of the manufacturing process.

    + Manage any delays in daily and weekly work schedules.

    + Oversee materials issued from the warehouse for manufacturing.

    + Check availability of raw and packing materials, utilities, filters, and machine size parts.

    + Decide on the use of non-conforming materials in consultation with the Production Manager.

    + Fulfill monthly and weekly production plans in coordination with the Production Manager.

    + Make decisions on workforce engagement during downtime.

    + Plan work according to the weekly program.

    + Supervise duties of subordinates, operators, and other workers.

    + Ensure all standard yields are maintained by production lines.

    + Maintain production equipment in good working order.

    + Assist in pilot scale trials of products under development.

    + Control production processes and facilities.

    + Prepare daily reports.

    + Ensure discipline and a positive working culture among staff.

    Essential Skills

    + Pharmacy degree or PharmD.

    + Experience in compounding, either sterile or non-sterile.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Implement operational manuals, production plans, and programs.

    + Monitor manufacturing activities for compliance with cGMP requirements.

    + Ensure manufacturing processes conform to organizational objectives.

    + Maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions in manufacturing areas.

    + Ensure production personnel adhere to hygienic standards, including wearing masks, gloves, and shoes.

    Work Environment

    Work from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic environment undergoing expansion. Enjoy full training alongside experienced pharmacists. The dress code includes wearing masks, gloves, and shoes in production areas. This is a 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and paid holidays.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
