    Job Title: Commercial construction Superintendent

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our project team for an exciting base-build project in Haymarket, VA. This role involves overseeing the construction of a JP Morgan Chase Bank, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all phases of the base-build project, ensuring timely and quality completion.

    + Manage subcontractors effectively, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.

    + Coordinate with project team members, including both office and field personnel.

    + Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA 30 standards.

    + Interact with owners and executives to communicate project progress and updates.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.

    + Experience with base-build and MEP projects.

    + Proven track record managing projects in the $1-10 million range.

    + Strong experience in subcontractor management.

    + Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Experience with IMEPe and Infrastructure projects.

    + Strong computer and documentation skills.

    Work Environment

    This position will be based on-site, either in an office or project trailer, within a construction environment. The role involves interaction with larger project teams and offers significant project exposure.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
