**Amentum** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support operations at our **Williamsburg, VA** location. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can manage multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
Job Requirements:
+ Provide general administrative support to office personnel and program teams
+ Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
+ Create and maintain documents utilizing Microsoft Office, in particular, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
+ Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and databases
+ Assist with expense reporting, timekeeping, and procurement requests
+ Support human resources, finance, and project management functions as needed
+ Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
+ Managing individual stakeholder and conference room meeting calendars
+ Capture and distribution of meeting minutes
+ Submitting and filing work orders
+ Submitting visitor requests
+ Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and project objectives
+ Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's and/or Associate Degree preferred; Work history and experience will be considered in lieu of degree
+ 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Expert typing and computer skills
+ Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service even in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
+ Previous experience with MAXIMO a plus, but not required
+ Active Government Clearance at time of application preferred but not required
+ US Citizen
