Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases.
Expectations and Tasks:
The CoE Senior Specialist is responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and drives the collaboration with customers. Takes over positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for non-standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support Front office, Solutioning and sales. Understands the customer business goals and build the engagement and service plan for projects along our standard journey and focus packages. Supports the execution E2E transformation projects from innovation identification, handover to run, up to the extension of existing solutions. Provides architectural advices for standard solutions. Takes responsibility for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and delivery tasks. Resolves critical customer situations, production downs and escalations. Demonstrates that you can work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Takes over lead role in delivery or development projects. Contributes to the industrialization of service procedure and SAP products with own creative and innovative ideas using latest technology. Leads through advanced technical or business skills for complete technology or industry area.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
+ SAP S/4HANA Lead to Cash performance optimization, debugging, and error root cause analysis;
+ SAP ERP Sales and Distribution;
+ SAP OTC Credit Management Integration;
+ ABAP Performance Optimization and Debugging (ABAP Silver);
+ SAP NetWeaver Application Server;
+ Business Process Performance Optimization for SAP S/4HANA;
+ SAP S/4 Customer Vender Integration Implementation; and
+ SAP NetWeaver Application Server Workload Analysis.
**Travel:** Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various unanticipated client sites.

**Compensation Range Transparency:** The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $155,125. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $182,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
