**Job Title:** Business Processes Senior Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.
Expectations and Tasks:
Implement, customize and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed. Prepare, design, realize and support Go-Lives for customer implementation projects. Support feasibility studies and process design reviews. Plan process implementation in detail. Blueprint development requirements in detail. Develop and assure quality process models. Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Support the development of overall project plans (scoping process) as well as individual work plans and act as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems). Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives. Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs. Support the NA Services Organization with implementation projects, pre-sales support (estimating), spot consulting, internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
+ Consulting within the Chemical, Medical Device or general consumer products industries;
+ SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations including Blueprinting and Build;
+ Production Planning-Manufacturing Discrete (PP), Production Planning-Manufacturing Process Industries (PP-PI), or Quality Management (QM);
+ System Integration and user acceptance testing; and
+ SAP Activate/Agile Project Management.
**Travel:** Position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

**Compensation Range Transparency:** The annual base salary range for this position is $146,078 - $196,010. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $146,078 - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
