Job Description
Role Responsibilities
+ Assemble OEC 3D C-arm imaging devices by thoroughly following work instructions
+ Accurately record tool information within GE Systems
+ Maintain daily production output
+ Provide strong individual contributions to team goals
+ Interface with other departments to ensure orderly flow of product
+ Execute training plans
+ Identify and report defects in assigned area
+ Perform basic troubleshooting for root cause analysis and problem resolution
+ Utilize basic technical communications throughout the test process for production
+ Provide evaluation/constructive feedback in the development of internal and external engineering, manufacturing, or service documentation
+ Participate in LEAN process improvement activities to improve quality, process flow, and cycle or TAKT times
+ Comply with EHS regulations and policies and escalate concerns/suggestions to leadership
+ Engage in daily 5s activities
+ Participate in quality control inspections of sub-assemblies and final product
+ Perform other duties such as quality activities, training sessions, and employee activities
Required Qualifications
+ Associates degree (or) High school diploma/equivalent-GED
+ Electronics certification
Desired Characteristics
+ Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering or Technology related fields.
+ 2 years technical experience
+ Experience in medical manufacturing or other highly regulated industry preferred.
+ Local candidates will be given preference.
+ Demonstrated basic computer skills and ability to navigate online instructions.
+ Black belt in Lean Six Sigma.
