    An Automotive Service Technician is responsible for accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

    + $21.00 to $34.00 per hour flat rate

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems

    + Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment

    + Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

    + Complete online multi-point inspection reports

    + Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements

    + Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work

    + Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures / results and time per company recoding procedures

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + Current state drivers license giving authorization to operate motor vehicles

    + Effective analytical and communication skills

    + Basic computer knowledge a plus

    + Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures

    + Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

    + Automotive mechanical experience

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds

    + Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Positive, friendly attitude
